Note: NO EXCEPTIONS OR REVISIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED 1) Prior to execution of the Contract, Vendor shall provide DIR with written notification of the following: i) Vendor Contract Administrator name and contact information, ii) Vendor sales representative name and contact information, and iii) name and contact information of Vendor personnel responsible for submitting reports and payment of administrative fees. 2) Upon execution of the Contract, DIR shall provide Vendor with written notification of the following: i) DIR Contract Administrator name and contact information, and ii) DIR Cooperative Contracts E-Mail Box information.
