All Vendors that are corporations, limited liability companies, or other limited liability business entities (this excludes sole proprietors and general partnerships) shall be duly registered with the New Hampshire Secretary of State to conduct business in the State of New Hampshire.

BID OPENING Immediately after the expiration of the time for submission of Bids, all Bids will be publicly opened, read, declared, and referred to the District Council for action.
