Contract and Washington State Law. This Agreement shall be governed and construed according to the Constitution and Laws of the State of Washington. If a provision of this Agreement, or any application of this Agreement to any certificated employee or groups of certificated employees or Board covered hereby shall be found contrary to law by tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such provision or application shall have effect only to the extent permitted by law, and all other provisions or applications of the Agreement shall continue in full force.
