Contract Award/Commencement. Upon submittal of its response to TPS’s Solicitation, Contractor is accepting the terms of this Agreement. Upon issuance of award to Contractor, TPS is accepting Contractor’s offer contained in the Fee Submission and/or Best and Final Offer. No other contractual documents will be necessary or accepted unless specifically expressed in the Contract Award and Acceptance. The Contract commences upon the date specified in TPS’s execution and issuance of a Contract Award and Acceptance. HUD may not conduct or sponsor, and an applicant is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number.
