Contract Cancellations and Fees. (a) Students, who request cancellation of this Contract due to extenuating circumstances, must do so by submitting an online Appeals Form located on the Housing & Dining website. Housing & Dining’s Appeals Committee will review the request, determining approval or denial of request, and will notify the student of the decision.
