Contract Dispute Resolution Board Determination. Within forty-five (45) Days of the conclusion of all written submissions and oral arguments, the Contract Dispute Resolution Board shall render a written decision resolving the dispute. In an unusually complex case, the Contract Dispute Resolution Board may render its decision in a longer period, not to exceed ninety (90) Days, and shall so advise the parties at the commencement of this period. The Contract Dispute Resolution Board’s decision must be consistent with the terms of the Contract. Decisions of the Contract Dispute Resolution Board shall only resolve matters before the Contract Dispute Resolution Board and shall not have precedential effect with respect to matters not before the Contract Dispute Resolution Board.
