Common use of Contract Execution Clause in Contracts

Contract Execution. A. This Housing Contract is duly executed when: I. The named resident and/or parent/guardian signs the contract; and II. The signed contract is submitted to Housing and Residence Life; and III. A $300 housing administrative fee is submitted. B. Each resident must remit a $300 housing administrative fee when submitting the contract. This fee cannot be waived or deferred for any student for any reason.
