Incorporation of General Terms and Conditions. (a) The General Terms and Conditions form part of this Gas Transportation Agreement and will have effect between the Transporter and the Shipper.

GFSC GLOBAL shall keep confidential all documents, communications and information attained from the Client, unless prior written consent has been given by the Client permitting the contrary. Incorporation of General Terms and Conditions. User acknowledges that Xxxxxx publishes general terms and conditions for all customers who receive network or Internet security services. This Agreement expressly incorporates said general terms and conditions, and User agrees to be bound by the same. User further agrees that the general terms and conditions may be changed from time to time at the sole discretion of Syndeo, and that User shall be bound by any new or modified terms and conditions, except that, Syndeo may not increase the rates to be paid by User except upon the expiration of the term hereof. The general terms and conditions may be provided to User in written or electronic form, and User acknowledges that continued acceptance of Xxxxxx’s services hereunder shall constitute sufficient consideration for the enforcement of the same. This Agreement incorporates the current and future Indian Nation and DSHS Agreement on General Terms and Conditions entered into by the Department and the Tribe by reference. To the extent that this Agreement may conflict with the terms contained within the Indian Tribe and DSHS Agreement on General Terms and Conditions, the terms contained within this Agreement control.
