Common use of Contract Execution Clause in Contracts

Contract Execution. All required documents for execution of the contract shall be submitted within 30 days from the date of issue of letter of acceptance. If the documents are not submitted within the stipulated time, a penalty of Rs 5000/- per day will be applicable to the contractor. All contract documents need to be duly affixed with stamp duty properly signed along with evidence/ proof of payment of security/ contract deposit/ within 30 days from the date of letter of acceptance received by him.
