Contract Faculty Position Lists. By October 31 and April 30th the College shall email the Association a comprehensive list of all contracted faculty positions. The report shall include: the name of the employee appointed to the position, the position number, the FTE, the department/division, the date of appointment, and whether the appointment is permanent or temporary. A list of vacant contract faculty positions shall be provided at the same time that includes the name of the contracted faculty member who was most recently in the position and the date of separation.
