Frequency of Evaluations. 36.2.1 Employee work performance will be evaluated during probationary and trial service periods and annually thereafter. If the supervisor identifies a performance concern during the evaluation period, the supervisor may provide feedback. The supervisor will provide written documentation to the employee with a copy kept in the supervisor’s working file.
36.2.2 Unless otherwise agreed, the employee who has successfully completed his or her probation or trial service period will be evaluated annually within thirty (30) calendar days of their anniversary date. In the event that an employee’s evaluation is not completed within this timeframe, the employee’s performance will be considered satisfactory for the prior review period. In the event an employee is absent on the 30th day of the performance evaluation period, the deadline will be extended on a day for day basis.
Frequency of Evaluations. Every unit member shall be evaluated during the first instructional period of teaching in the Program of Graduate and Continuing Education. Thereafter, each member of the bargaining unit shall be evaluated during the instructional period in which the unit member is teaching any sixth subsequent course in the Program of Graduate and Continuing Education. Nothing in this paragraph shall require the evaluation of a member of the bargaining unit more frequently than once in any academic year unless the Vice President shall require one (1) or more frequent evaluations in the case of any such member of the bargaining unit. Every member of the bargaining unit shall have the right to be evaluated upon written request to the President, or designee thereof; provided, however, that this right shall not be exercised more than once in any academic year.
Frequency of Evaluations. Probationary faculty shall participate in a Developmental Evaluation every year of their probation. Contracted faculty shall participate in a Developmental Evaluation at least once every five years. Part-time faculty shall participate in an evaluation using multiple indices or a self-initiated developmental evaluation their first term, the term before they earn part-time seniority, and every fifth year after that.
Frequency of Evaluations. A. First year members shall be evaluated a minimum of two (2) times. The first evaluation shall be completed by January 1, and the second shall be completed not later than March 1.
B. Members who hold a two (2) year contract shall be evaluated a minimum of once per year during the contract period. The last required evaluation shall be completed not later than March 1 of the second year of the contract.
C. Members who hold a five (5) year contract shall be evaluated a minimum of three (3) times over the five (5) years. One of these evaluations shall be in the first two (2) years. One in the third or fourth year and the third evaluation shall be completed in the last year of the contract not later than January 1.

a. Regular (Tenured) faculty: regular faculty will be evaluated every third year. Evaluation of tenured faculty shall take place during the spring semester. Evaluation may take place during the fall semester with mutual agreement.
b. Contract (Non-tenured, tenure track) faculty and temporary (long-term/one year) faculty: All contract and temporary faculty shall be evaluated in their first year of employment. Contract faculty shall be evaluated at least once a year for four (4) years, unless tenure is granted earlier. Evaluation of contract (non-tenured, tenure track) faculty and temporary (long-term/one year) faculty shall take place during the fall semester.
c. Temporary (Adjunct) faculty: Temporary faculty shall be evaluated in their first year of employment and thereafter at least once every six (6) regular semesters.
Frequency of Evaluations. It is the District's prerogative to evaluate any employee at any time, e.g., in the event the employee has exhibited below standard work performance or exceptional work performance.
