CONTRACT FEE. A Contract Fee may be deducted from the Contract Value on each Contract Anniversary that occurs on or prior to the Annuity Date. It may also be deducted upon a full withdrawal of the Contract Value if it is not withdrawn on a Contract Anniversary.
