Contract for Services No Less Favourable. Than the Standard Agreement The following term shall be deemed to be included in every Contract for Services regardless of whether or not it complies with the applicable standard form Contract for Services: “All of the provisions of this Contract for Services are subject to and must provide no less than the terms and conditions of the Standard Agreement”.
