CONTRACT LINE ITEM. NUMBER (CLIN) 1.A MRB-AT (a) General (1) The Mobile Retardant Base (MRB) must be able to load mixed chemicals into an aircraft 3” Camlock loading port at a rate of 400 gallons per minute and capable of mixing retardant at a rate of 100,000 gallons over a 12 hour period. (2) The mix unit must be capable of providing retardant to two pits at least 150’ apart (not simultaneously). (3) The contractor’s MRB shall be able to draft and/or pump all required water from a non-pressurized source, a distance of 400 feet, in quantities sufficient to meet the mixing and loading requirements stated above. (4) The contractor shall provide all equipment, personnel, transportation, and other items needed to meet the requirements, and assist the Agency with managing retardant inventory. (b) Required Equipment (1) One (1) Mix Storage Tank: Tank must be a steel, aluminum, or similar solid tank with at least 5,000 gallon capacity.
CONTRACT LINE ITEM. 1 (CLIN 1) 3. 1.1 The Seller shall design, fabricate and test one Engineering Model Sensor Imaging Payload (SIP), which will be retained at the Seller's facility. The Seller shall design, fabricate, test and deliver one Protoflight Model SIP. The Engineering Model SIP and Protoflight Model SIP shall be designed and fabricated in accordance with paragraph 3.1 through 3.1.5 of Attachment A, "Statement of Work".
CONTRACT LINE ITEM. 1 (CLIN 1) The Seller shall use its best efforts to design, fabricate and test one Engineering Model SWIR Sensor which will be retained at the Seller's facility until the completion of this Contract. The Seller shall design, fabricate, test and deliver two Protoflight Model SWIR Sensors. The Engineering and Protoflight Model SWIR Sensor shall be designed and fabricated in accordance with Attachment A, "SWIR Sensor Statement of Work" and with Attachment B, "Navy EarthMap Observer SIP Specification". 3.1.1 Seller shall conduct a Preliminary Design Review and Critical Design Review for the Buyer. 3.1.2 Seller shall perform an Acceptance Test of the Engineering and Protoflight Model SWIR Sensors as stipulated in paragraph 3.6 of Attachment A, "SWIR Sensor Statement of Work". 3.1.3 Upon successful completion of the Acceptance Test of the Engineering Model SWIR Sensor, the sensor will be delivered in place and it will be made available for Seller to integrate into the Engineering Model SIP that Seller is fabricating for Buyer under a separate contract. Upon successful completion of the Acceptance Test of the two Protoflight Model SWIR Sensors, the Seller shall deliver them in place and they will be made available for Seller to integrate one Protoflight Model SWIR Sensor into the Protoflight SIP being fabricated by Seller for Buyer under a separate contract. 3.1.4 The Seller shall deliver the items on the Seller Data Requirements List (SDRL), in accordance with paragraph 3.2 of Attachment A, "SWIR Sensor Statement of Work". 3.1.5 The estimated total cost to perform the work required under this CLIN is $1,558,315. The total fixed fee to be paid to Seller to perform the work required under this CLIN is $125,419.
