Completion of Review for Certain Review Receivables. Following the delivery of the list of the Review Receivables and before the delivery of the Review Report by the Asset Representations Reviewer, the Servicer may notify the Asset Representations Reviewer if a Review Receivable is paid in full by the Obligor or purchased from the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the Basic Documents. On receipt of such notice, the Asset Representations Reviewer will immediately terminate all Tests of the related Review Receivable, and the Review of such Review Receivables will be considered complete (a “Test Complete”). In this case, the related Review Report will indicate a Test Complete for such Review Receivable and the related reason.

Completion of Review for Certain Review Receivables. Following the delivery of the list of Reviewable Receivables and before the delivery of a Preliminary Report or the Final Report by the Asset Representations Reviewer, the Servicer or the Sponsor may notify the Asset Representations Reviewer if a Reviewable Receivable is paid in full, substituted or repurchased by the Sponsor, the Depositor or the Servicer pursuant to Section 2.07 of the Servicing Agreement, Section 2.04(a) of the Trust Sale Agreement or Section 4.04 of the Pooling Agreement. On receipt of such notice, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall terminate all Tests of such Reviewable Receivable and the Asset Representations Reviewer file review staff shall categorize the results of all Tests of the related Reviewable Receivable as “Satisfied Test” (as defined below).

On receipt of such notice, the Asset Representations Reviewer will immediately terminate all Tests of the related Review Receivable, and the Asset Representations Review of such Review Receivable will be considered complete (a “Test Complete”). In this case, the related Review Report will indicate a Test Complete for such Review Receivable and the related reason.
Completion of Review for Certain Review Receivables. Following the delivery of the list of Review Accounts and the balance of the Review Receivables, and before the delivery of any Review Report by the Asset Representations Reviewer, the Servicer may notify the Asset Representations Reviewer if the Review Receivables with respect to any Review Account have been paid in full by the related Obligor or repurchased by the Transferor or purchased by the Servicer according to the terms of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement. Upon receipt of such notice, the Asset Representations Reviewer will immediately terminate all Tests of such Review Receivables and related Review Accounts and the Review of such Review Receivables and related Review Accounts will be considered complete (a “Test Complete”). In this case, each Review Report will indicate a Test Complete for such Review Receivables and related Review Accounts and the related reason.

If such a notice is received, the Asset Representations Reviewer will immediately terminate all Tests of such Receivable and the Review of the Receivable will be considered complete (a “Test Complete”). In this case, the Asset Representations Reviewer will report a Test Complete for the Receivable on the Review Report and the related reason.

On receipt of notice, [Reviewer] will terminate all Tests of such Receivable and the review of such Receivable will be categorized as a Satisfied Test.

  • Asset Representations Review Process Section 3.01 Asset Representations Review Notices and Identification of Review Receivables. On receipt of an Asset Representations Review Notice from the Seller according to Section 5.7 of the Receivables Purchase Agreement, the Asset Representations Reviewer will start an Asset Representations Review. The Servicer will provide the list of Review Receivables to the Asset Representations Reviewer promptly upon receipt of the Asset Representations Review Notice. The Asset Representations Reviewer will not be obligated to start, and will not start, an Asset Representations Review until an Asset Representations Review Notice and the related list of Review Receivables is received. The Asset Representations Reviewer is not obligated to verify (i) whether the conditions to the initiation of the Asset Representations Review and the issuance of an Asset Representations Review Notice described in Section 7.6 of the Indenture were satisfied or (ii) the accuracy or completeness of the list of Review Receivables provided by the Servicer.

  • Claims Review Report The IRO shall prepare a Claims Review Report as described in this Appendix for each Claims Review performed. The following information shall be included in the Claims Review Report for each Discovery Sample and Full Sample (if applicable).

  • Review Report Within 5 Business Days after the end of the applicable Asset Representations Review period under Section 3.03(b), the Asset Representations Reviewer will deliver to the Issuer, the Administrator, the Servicer, the Depositor and the Indenture Trustee a report indicating for each Review Receivable whether there was a Test Pass, Test Fail or Test Complete for each related Test (a “Review Report”). For each Test Fail or Test Complete, the Review Report will indicate the related reason, including (for example) whether the Review Receivable was a Test Fail as a result of missing or incomplete Review Materials. The Review Report will contain a summary of the Asset Representations Review results to be included in the Issuer’s Form 10-D report for the Collection Period in which the Review Report is received. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that the Review Report does not contain any PII. On reasonable request of the Servicer, the Asset Representations Reviewer will provide additional details on the Test results.

  • Post Review With respect to each contract not governed by paragraph 2 of this Part, the procedures set forth in paragraph 4 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.
