Contract Modifications/Differing Site Conditions. The KO may at any time, by written order, and without notice to the sureties, if any, make changes within the general scope of this contract. Changes may result from Government requested changes, Contractor requested changes based on technical or physical conditions/restrictions, or changes based on differing site conditions. Typically, the KO will transmit potential changes using the following methods, based on the specific circumstances of the change.
