RFP. Seller has met, during the RFP procurement process period and through the Contract Date, all of the minimum qualification criteria set forth in the RFP.
RFP. Hotel hereby represents and warrants that it has accurately and truthfully completed the RFP portion of this Agreement. In the event that any of the information provided by Hotel in the RFP changes, Hotel agrees to notify TRAVELSAVERS immediately. TRAVELSAVERS shall have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately, in whole or in part, if it disapproves of such a change.
RFP. The Government will provide the Contractor an RFP that includes a revised PWS with the changed conditions. The contractor shall respond with a technical and price proposal that satisfies the RFP. This action may result in a contract modification.

30.2.1. Unless otherwise stated in the scope of work, specifications, or special conditions the default contract term shall be for one (1) three-year (3) period. Upon mutual written agreement of both parties, the parties may renew the Agreement, in whole or in part, for a renewal term or terms not to exceed the term of two (2) years. The increments of renewal shall be at the sole discretion of the County as deemed in its best interest.
30.2.2. The County reserves the right to renew this contract, or any portion thereof, and to negotiate pricing as a condition for each.
30.2.3. The County’s performance and obligation to pay under this contract, and any applicable renewal options, is contingent upon annual appropriation of funds.
RFP. The tasks in the RFP activity will consolidate all relevant information gathered in the prior phases to create an RFP that clearly defines the requirements and objectives of each city. NexLevel will prepare a comprehensive RFP outlining the business and systems requirements. While NexLevel will bring the Cities proven RFP templates and methods, we will also develop the RFP in accordance with the Cities purchasing guidelines and requirements. The quality and accuracy of vendor responses will be significantly improved using a well-organized, accurate, and clear RFP. A strong RFP is also critical as it provides the foundation for evaluating vendors and ultimately provides the basis for a solid agreement between the City and the successful vendor. The following table provides a detailed discussion of what each task will entail.
