RFP. Seller has met, during the RFP procurement process period and through the Contract Date, all of the minimum qualification criteria set forth in the RFP.

RFP. Hotel hereby represents and warrants that it has accurately and truthfully completed the RFP portion of this Agreement. In the event that any of the information provided by Hotel in the RFP changes, Hotel agrees to notify TRAVELSAVERS immediately. TRAVELSAVERS shall have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately, in whole or in part, if it disapproves of such a change.

RFP. Term: (unless otherwise stated in the Scope of Work or Detailed Specifications) 29.2.1. Unless otherwise stated in the scope of work, specifications, or special conditions the default contract term shall be for one (1) three-year (3) period. Upon mutual written agreement of both parties, the parties may renew the Agreement, in whole or in part, for a renewal term or terms not to exceed the initial Agreement term of three (3) years. The increments of renewal shall be at the sole discretion of the County as deemed in its best interest. 29.2.2. All Taxable Parcels in the CFD shall be taxed for the purposes, to the extent, and in the manner herein provided, including property subsequently annexed to the CFD unless a separate Rate and Method of Apportionment of Special Tax is adopted for the annexation area.

RFP. The RFP and Tenant's response thereto, are incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth herein. In the event of any inconsistency between the RFP or Tenant's response and the Lease, the applicable Lease provision shall prevail and control.
