Common use of Contract Not Exclusive Clause in Contracts

Contract Not Exclusive. The City may, but is not required to, purchase any Goods or Services within the scope of this Contract. Good or Services will be requested on an as-needed basis, and there is no guarantee of a minimum or maximum quantity. This Contract does not create an exclusive relationship between the City and Contractor, and the City retains the right to purchase the same or similar goods or services from other providers.
