Contract of Services. (a) The Company hereby retains and appoints Interim Consultant effective as of the date hereof to act as consultant for the Company with respect to the commercial exploitation of domain names owned by the Company (the “Project”) reporting to the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx (the “COO”), and Interim Consultant hereby accepts such retainer and appointment and agrees to perform his services as provided herein.
