CONTRACT PERIOD. 2.1 The material shall be delivered as ordered during the contract period, beginning from the date of contract execution and ending as indicated in the specifications or in the Attribute Section of the bid. 2.2 Bidder must indicate in the Bid, if extension renewals are an option. 2.3 By mutual consent of both parties it is understood and agreed that the contract may be renewed at the same prices and/or under the same conditions governing the original contract.
