Common use of Contract Plans Clause in Contracts

Contract Plans. The official approved drawings or plans or exact reproductions thereof, which have been prepared and signed and sealed by an engineer on behalf of the County and shall be utilized by the Contractor, which show the location, character, dimensions and details of the Work to be done and which are considered as part of the Contract Documents, including, but not necessarily limited to those Contract Plans enumerated in Article 1.2.1
