Common use of Contract Progress Meetings Clause in Contracts

Contract Progress Meetings. The COR and other County personnel, as appropriate, will meet periodically with Contractor to review the Contract performance. At these meetings, the COR will apprise Contractor of how County views Contractor's performance, and Contractor will apprise COR of any problems Contractor is having. Contractor shall also notify the Contracting Officer in writing of any work being performed that Contractor considers beyond the scope of this Contract. Appropriate action shall be taken to resolve outstanding issues. The minutes of these meetings will be prepared by the Contractor, reduced to writing and signed by the COR and Contractor. If COR does not concur with the minutes, COR shall submit a written description of any area of disagreement within 10 days of the meeting. Appropriate action will be taken to resolve any areas of disagreement. Participation in progress meetings by Contractor is not a substitute for compliance with the Claims procedures set forth in Section 1.12.
