Contract Project Manager. State agency representative responsible for oversight of the technical completion of the project, identified in Exhibit A3. CSU Auxiliary Organization (when applicable): A CSU Auxiliary Organization authorized to receive and administer externally funded projects on behalf of the Trustees of the California State University, pursuant to CCR Title 5, Division 5, Chapter 1, Subchapter 6, Article 2, Section 42500 (5 CCR § 42500). Data: Information, regardless of the form or medium including, but not limited to drawings, lists, findings, computations, notes, diagrams, data files, statistical records and other research data.
Contract Project Manager. The individual designated by the Contractor to administer the Contract operations after the Contract award.
Contract Project Manager. 6.3.1 The Contractor shall provide a full-time Contract Project Manager or designated alternate. The County must have access to the Contract Project Manager during all hours, 365 days per year. The Contractor shall provide a telephone number where the Contract Project Manager may be reached on a twenty-four (24) hour per day basis.
6.3.2 The Contract Project Manager shall act as a central point of contact with the County.
6.3.3 The Contract Project Manager shall have three (3) years of experience.
Contract Project Manager. 7.1.1 The Contract Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F - Contractor’s Administration. The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contract Project Manager.
7.1.2 The Contract Project Manager shall be responsible for the Contractor’s day-to-day activities as related to this Contract and shall coordinate with the County’s Contract Project Manager and the County’s Contract Project Monitor on a regular basis.
7.1.3 The Contract Project Manager must have three (3) years of documented experience.
