Contract Provisions Regarding Labor Charges. a) The Client Agency shall only pay the Contractor for pre-authorized labor costs incurred in Performing Services associated with the project. Allowable charges for labor include, but shall not exceed the time actually spent traveling to and from the site from either the Contractor’s closest place of business or residence whichever is closest. Such time shall not exceed two (2) hours per Day, unless otherwise authorized by the Client Agency.
