Contract Records and Reports. 4.5.1 The Consultant shall maintain records of all subcontracts entered into with all firms, all project invoices received from Subcontractors. Records shall show name, telephone number including area code, and business address of each Subcontractor and the total amount actually paid to each firm. Project relevant records, regardless of tier, may be periodically reviewed by the City.
