Contract Records Reports. 4.5.1 The Design Professional shall maintain records of all subcontracts entered into with all firms, all project invoices received from Subcontractors. Records shall show name, telephone number including area code, and business address of each Subcontractor and the total amount actually paid to each firm. Project relevant records, regardless of tier, may be periodically reviewed by the City.

  • Public Records Requests If the Department receives a public records request for materials designated by the Contractor as trade secret or otherwise confidential under Florida or federal law, the Contractor will be responsible for taking the appropriate legal action in response to the request. If the Contractor fails to take appropriate and timely action to protect the materials designated as trade secret or otherwise confidential, the Department will provide the materials to the requester.

  • Project Records As further described below, project records include, but are not limited to, Grantee documentation, financial records, and voucher records. All project records must be retained for a period of three years after final payment under this Grant Agreement. All project records are subject to audit pursuant to Section N.4. (Audit) of this Grant Agreement. Upon completion of the third year of record retention, the Grantee shall submit all project records to CARB. Hardcopy or electronic records are suitable. Acceptable forms of electronic media must be approved based on prior written concurrence from CARB.

  • Project Reports 1. The Borrower shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Bank.
