Relevant Records definition

Relevant Records means such parts of, or such extracts from, any records as are relevant to establishing whether or not the employee has, for any pay reference period to which the records relate, been remunerated by the employer at a rate which is at least equal to the minimum wage.

  • In the event of litigation, claims, or audit findings, all Relevant Records shall be retained for a period of five (5) years after the resolution of any such event.

More Definitions of Relevant Records

Relevant Records means accounting and other records (whether in hard or electronic form)—
