Contract Rights Cumulative Not Exclusive. A. All remedies available to either party for breach of this Agreement are cumulative and may be exercised concurrently or separately, and the exercise of any one remedy shall not be deemed an election of such remedy to the exclusion of other remedies. The rights and remedies provided in this Agreement are not exclusive and are in addition to any other rights and remedies provided by law.
B. Waiver for any default shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent default. Waiver of breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed to be modification for the terms of this Agreement unless stated to be such in writing and signed by authorized representatives of the County and the City.
