Pursuant to this Cooperative Purchasing Agreement, Contractor is authorized to sell and provide only those Goods at the discounts set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods and Discounts. Contractor shall not represent to any Purchaser under this Cooperative Purchasing Agreement that Contractor has contractual authority to sell or provide any goods beyond those set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods and Discounts.
