Common use of Contract Services and Utilities Clause in Contracts

Contract Services and Utilities. The cost of contract services and utilities procured from outside sources, other than services described in Sections 2.9 and 2.13. If contract services are performed by the Operator or an Affiliate thereof, the cost charged to the Joint Account shall not be greater than that for which comparable services and utilities are available in the open market within the vicinity of the Operations. The cost of professional consultant services procured from outside sources in excess of $25,000 shall not be charged to the Joint Account unless approved by the Management Committee.
