Contract Signature. If the original Contract is not returned to - TMEA duly completed, signed and dated on behalf of the Consultant within 15 days of the date of signature on behalf of TMEA, TMEA will be entitled, at its sole discretion, to declare this Contract void. No payment will be made to the Consultant under this Contract until a copy of the Contract, signed on behalf of the Consultant is returned to TMEA.
