AFTER SALES SERVICE. The Supplier shall provide replacement parts necessary to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the Goods supplied for the duration of the warranty period, from delivery of any particular item of the Goods and if requested by Transnet shall make these parts available to a third party maintainer of Transnet’s choice at the same price as if the parts had been supplied to Transnet. The Supplier undertakes to provide a maintenance service for Goods, should Transnet so request, on terms to be agreed. If the Order so indicates, the Supplier will provide a warranty service for the Goods at a level to be agreed with Transnet.

In his tender the tenderer will include a statement certifying that he undertakes to: • Supplying the spare parts that are demanded to him during a X-year period starting on the delivery date of the last supply; • Maintaining and repairing the supply during a X-year period and through a separate contract, either by his own services or through subcontractors.

AFTER SALES SERVICE. Installers, repair and maintenance personnel, and supervisors, possessing specialised knowledge essential to a seller's contractual obligation, performing services or training workers to perform services, pursuant to a warranty or other service contract incidental to the sale of commercial or industrial equipment or machinery, including computer software, purchased from an enterprise located outside the territory of the Party into which temporary entry is sought, during the life of the warranty or service agreement.
AFTER SALES SERVICE. 10.1 Training and technical support In order to ensure the normal installation and operation of the equipment, Party B has the obligation to provide corresponding technical training, and provide corresponding training plans and course lists. The training content, time, and location arrangement should meet the needs of Party A’s production, installation, and debugging progress. During the installation and debugging period of the components provided by Party B, Party B shall send personnel to the site for free to guide the installation and debugging. For the installation, debugging, and any abnormalities reported by Party A, Party B shall provide services and technical support in accordance with Party A’s requirements.
10.2 Spare parts reserve Party B shall ensure that there is a safety stock of spare parts required for the implementation of after-sales service (requiring Party B to have a corresponding after-sales service network), and Party B shall provide a safety stock reserve to Party A according to the list of spare parts and consumables provided by Party A. All defects discovered during the quality assurance period shall be notified by Party A to Party B as soon as possible, and Party B shall have the ability to provide spare parts and consumables in a timely manner. During the warranty period, if Party B’s products fail and Party A’s inventory of spare parts is insufficient, Party B shall ensure that general spare parts arrive at the maintenance site or production base within 3 days after receiving feedback from Party A, and other spare parts (such as blades, gearbox, etc.). Large spare parts such as motors and spindle bearings must arrive within 7 days at the latest. During the warranty period, Party B must provide spare parts and consumables. Within 7 days after use, the product shall be replenished in sufficient quantities. For revised or discontinued spare parts, Party B shall ensure that the revised or discontinued spare parts are available. Fully provide within the warranty period; If Party B plans to stop production of spare parts and consumables, Party B shall provide a letter 30 days in advance. Provide feedback to Party A in the form of parts, and Party A shall provide feedback on whether to reserve or purchase in advance within 7 days. If Party B is unable to provide the corresponding spare parts and consumables according to Party A’s requirements, Party A has the right to purchase the corresponding spare parts and consumables on its own, ...
AFTER SALES SERVICE. The contractor shall ensure adequate and prompt after sales service in the form of maintenance, spares and personnel as and when required and shall minimize the breakdown period. In case of equipment supplied by other manufacturers the firm shall furnish a guarantee from the manufacturer for the same before the installation is taken over. In case of any defects in the installation, the contractor will have to rectify the system within 2 days of notification of faults. In case of failure of the contractor to rectify the faults within stipulated period, BSNL shall be at liberty to get the faults rectified at contractor’s risk and cost without affecting further guarantee period.
AFTER SALES SERVICE. The Supplier shall maintain or provide a service organization reasonably constituted to handle requests from UNDP AFGHANISTAN or its clients for technical assistance, maintenance, service, repairs and overhaul of the goods.

AFTER SALES SERVICE. (1) Party D promises to provide fast and correct after-sales service to the end users of the commodities it sells.
(2) Party D must complete the "commodities" warranty card according to the regulations of Party A/Party B, and submit the A copy to Party A/Party B.
(3) Party C has no obligation to pay all after-sales service fees to Party D except the warranty fees stipulated in Article 12 (2). Party A/Party B shall not undertake any joint payment obligation for the warranty fees payable by Party C to Party D due to the examination and approval of warranty fees.
(4) In order to ensure the normal operation of commodities, Party D shall provide customers with spare parts and consumables supplied by Party A/Party B to ensure high-quality after-sales service, prohibit the sale of spare parts and consumables imported from supply channels other than Party A/Party B, and agree to maintain a certain inventory of "spare parts and consumables". If Party D provides Party A/Party B commodity users with parts and consumables from the supply channels other than Party A/Party B, Party C has the right to refuse to pay the warranty fee to Party D, and does not bear the warranty responsibility for the defective commodities caused by the use of parts and consumables outside the channels.
(5) In case of any violation of the above provisions, Party A/Party B has the right to implement necessary measures such as deduction, suspension of commodity rebate or cancellation of Party D's qualification as a store.
AFTER SALES SERVICE. 1. The product quality and outer package provided by Party A shall conform to the provisions of relevant laws and regulations of China.
2. Party B has the obligation to contact and assist in notifying Party A or Party A’s service station to deal with the product quality problems during the warranty period.
3. If it is confirmed by Party A as a quality problem of the product itself, Party A shall provide after-sales service of the product in accordance with national regulations.
4. Party A shall provide regular service tracking and maintenance reminder service for the Product for life. For specific service contents, Party A may sign a Maintenance Service Contract separately with Party B or users.
