Export Licenses. 5.1 If, in the execution of the Contract, the Contractor needs to import material for which a foreign export license is required, it shall be his responsibility to apply for and obtain in a timely manner such a license.
Export Licenses. Supplier shall obtain all necessary export licenses, unless Buyer or any party other than Supplier is required to apply for the export licenses pursuant to the applicable Export Controls and Sanctions Laws. To the extent Supplier is requested to deliver Equipment/Services regulated under the Arms Export Control Act or the Atomic Energy Act, Supplier shall advise Buyer in advance of order or contract acceptance.
Export Licenses. The Buyer is advised that the Uncooled Imaging Modules deliverable under The Contract are controlled in Category XII U. S. Munitions List in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). As such, the export of the deliverable items hereunder requires approval from the United States Government. The Buyer shall obtain or cause to be obtained all necessary export approvals from the U.S.
Export Licenses. Notwithstanding any INCOTERM 2000 used in this Purchase Order, the Supplier shall obtain any export license(s) required for the goods.
Export Licenses. Unisphere agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain any export license(s) required by the United States Government for the export of the Products to Siemens on the basis of supporting documentation provided to Unisphere by Siemens. Each party agrees to reasonably assist the other in securing any documents and/or other information required to support such licensing efforts.
Export Licenses. ROBOCOM will promptly apply for any licenses, if required, from the Office of Export Administration, United States Department of Commerce or any other United States Agency for shipment of ROBOCOM software.
Export Licenses. The parties acknowledge that the laws and --------------- regulations of the United States may restrict the export and re-export of certain commodities and technical data of United States origin. Each party agrees that it will not export or re-export the Products in any form without the appropriate United States or foreign government licenses. In particular but without limitation, none of the Products, Documentation or underlying information or technology may be exported or re-exported (i) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Iraq, Libya, Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro), North Korea, Iran, Angola, Sudan, Syria or any other country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods; or (ii) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designed Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders.
Export Licenses. Supplier shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary export licenses or other export approvals.
Export Licenses. Any and all obligations of Rentech under this Agreement to provide Comart with any technical services or information, for any purpose or pursuant to any other contract between them, are expressly conditioned upon Rentech obtaining any and all export and re-expert authorizations and licenses that may from time to time be required of it for such purposes under United States law. Rentech agrees to use its best efforts to obtain authorizations and licenses required of it, but its inability to obtain such authorizations and licenses shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement. If Rentech is unable to obtain such authorizations or licenses, Comart may, but is not required to, attempt to do so at its expense.
Export Licenses. This Agreement is subject to any restrictions ---------------- concerning the export of products or technical information from the United States which may be imposed by the United States. Accordingly, each Party agrees that it will not export, directly or indirectly, any technical information acquired under this Agreement or any products utilizing any such technical information to any country for which the United States Government or any agency thereof at the time of export requires an export license or other governmental approval, without first obtaining the written consent to do so from the Department of Commerce or other agency of the United States Government when required by an applicable statute or regulation.
