Common use of Contract Suspension Clause in Contracts

Contract Suspension. The college may at any time and without cause, suspend the contract or any portion thereof, for a period of not more than thirty (30) calendar days, by written notice to the Contractor. Contractor shall resume performance within fifteen (15) calendar days of written notice from the college.
