Common use of CONTRACT TERM - RENEWAL Clause in Contracts

CONTRACT TERM - RENEWAL. A. The contract resulting from this Request for Quotations shall commence effective upon issuance of a term contract by the County and extend for a period of one (1) year. The contract may be renewed for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, upon mutual agreement of both parties.
