Common use of CONTRACT TERM - RENEWAL Clause in Contracts

CONTRACT TERM - RENEWAL. A. The contract resulting from this Request for Quotations shall commence effective upon issuance of a term contract by the County and extend for a period of one (1) year. The contract may be renewed for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, upon mutual agreement of both parties. If any such renewal results in changes in the terms and conditions, such changes shall be reduced to writing as an amendment to this contract and such amendment shall be executed by both parties.
