Contract Termination- Notice of termination. 1. In case of either Contracting Party’s dissolution, bankruptcy, liquidation, situation of mandatory administration, situation of cessation of payment as well as in case of revocation or annulment of the Transmission User’s registration in the NNGS User Registry, revocation of incorporation license or any other license required for the lawful exercise of either Contracting Party’s activities, the Agreement shall be terminated automatically from the date when the Operator has received written notification of any of the events mentioned above. The Agreement shall be automatically terminated in case of Force Majeure lasting for a period of over six (6) months, unless otherwise agreed by the Contracting Parties.
