Contracted Rate for Members. Provider agrees to continue to provide MHSA Services to Members who have exhausted his/her Covered Services under the Benefit Plan and agrees not to collect or charge more than the contracted rate for those MHSA Services. Provider may bill the Member directly for those MHSA Services for which there is no longer any coverage under the Benefit Plan, in accordance herewith.
