Information to Members. Provider acknowledges and agrees that UBH has the right to inform Members of Provider’s termination and/or the notice of termination to Provider, and agrees to cooperate with UBH in matters concerning the termination/transition, and agrees to hold UBH harmless for exercising its rights hereunder. Provider also agrees to clearly inform Members of Xxxxxxxx's impending non-participation status upon the earlier of Member's next appointment or prior to the effective termination date.
Information to Members. After issuing the Award Letter, Novation, in conjunction with the Clients, will deliver a summary of the purchasing and/or leasing arrangements covered by this Agreement to each Member and will, from time to time, at the request of Supplier, deliver to each Member reasonable and appropriate amounts and types of materials supplied by Supplier to Novation which relate to the purchase or lease of the Products.
Information to Members. (a) Within six months after the end of each Fiscal Year of the Company, the Company shall send to each Person who was a Member at any time during such Fiscal Year such tax information, including Federal tax Schedule K-1, as shall be reasonably necessary for the preparation of such Member’s Federal, state and local income tax returns.
(b) Within 75 days of the end of each Fiscal Year of the Company, the Company shall provide each Person who was a Member at any time during such Fiscal Year such information with respect to the Company as may be necessary for the calculation of such Member’s Federal tax obligation for such Fiscal Year. This period shall be automatically extended by the period of any delay beyond the control of the Company, such as a delay resulting from the failure of a Third Party to provide required tax information to the Company in a timely manner.
(c) Within six months after the end of each Fiscal Year of the Company, the Company shall provide to each Person who was a Member at the end of such Fiscal Year, calculations of each Member’s Capital Account and Federal tax basis in the Company.
Information to Members. After the execution of this Agreement, Novation, in conjunction with the Clients, will deliver a summary of the purchasing arrangements covered by this Agreement to each Member and will, from time to time, at the request of Supplier, deliver to each Member reasonable and appropriate amounts and types of materials supplied by Supplier to Novation which relate to the purchase of the Products.
Information to Members. Each Member shall be entitled to any additional information necessary for the Member to adjust its financial basis statement to a tax basis as the Member's individual needs may dictate.
Information to Members. Provider acknowledges the right of UBH to inform Members of Xxxxxxxx’s termination and agrees to cooperate with UBH regarding the form of such notification. In the event of termination, UBH or Provider, as applicable, shall make a good faith effort to give written notice of such impending termination to Members who are seen by Provider on a regular basis, within 30 working days of receipt or issuance of a notice of termination.
10. Section 8.4, “Continuation of Services after Termination,” of the Agreement is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
Information to Members. The Company shall furnish each of its Members promptly, and no later than ten days before the individual due date of any personal income tax return, copies of the Company’s K-1, or similar state or other form, or information necessary for the Members to accurately reflect the operations of the Company for the preceding fiscal year in their personal income tax returns. The Company shall furnish each Member with a copy of the Company’s final federal income tax return for the preceding fiscal year within 60 days after the filing thereof, other than Members with a less than five percent Membership Interest in the Company.
Information to Members. The Indian Health Care Provider (IHCP) shall inform members about the full range of provider choice available to them, including free choice of medical and other providers through the MCO or that remain fee-for-service for Family Care members, as applicable.
Information to Members. 7:01 The Board shall provide access to existing bulletin boards in each school upon which the Association shall have the right to post notices.
7:02 All correspondence between the Board and the Association arising out of this Agreement or incidental thereto, shall pass to and from the President of the Association and the Board's Superintendent of Human Resources or designate.
7:03 Upcoming long-term occasional teacher vacancies will be listed for seven calendar days prior to filling, for information purposes of OECTA Ottawa-Carleton Occasional Teacher unit members only, on the Board's website. Such vacancy listing shall be limited to maternity leave replacement and other reasons for replacement where the Board has at least three (3) weeks notice of the upcoming vacancy.
Information to Members. A copy of this Agreement, a copy of the Retirement Plan shall be posted on the Town’s website. Employees desiring a printed copy of the contract may obtain one from the personnel office. Employees shall be provided with an Annual Statement of the employee's contribution to the Retirement Plan as of June 30th and an annual statement of unused accumulated leave balance.
