Name, Symbol and Service Mark. During the term of this Agreement, Provider, UBH and Payor shall have the right to use each other's name solely to make public reference to Provider as a Participating Provider. Provider, UBH and Payor shall not otherwise use each other's name, symbol or service mark or that of their Affiliates without the prior written approval from the appropriate party.
