Contraction Not Mandatory. There is no obligation on the part of the Developer to withdraw from the Condominium all or any portion of the Contractible Area described in this Article, nor is there any obligation to withdraw portions thereof in any particular order. Further, portions of the land may be withdrawn from the condominium project at different times.
