Contractor Appeal Process. If the Contractor disagrees with any decision or action taken by the County related to this Agreement, the Contractor may choose to file a formal grievance by following the procedures listed below: A. Notify the Adult and Long Term Care Services Division Director within ten (10) working days that a formal grievance exists, and describe the subject of the grievance and any desired remedy.
