Appointment of Receiver To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall be entitled to the appointment of a receiver for the assets and properties of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, without notice of any kind whatsoever and without regard to the adequacy of any security for the Obligations or the solvency of any party bound for its payment, to take possession of all or any portion of the property and/or the business operations of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and to exercise such power as the court shall confer upon such receiver.
Appointment and Termination of Appointment Issuer may at any time appoint additional or alternative agents to provide the service(s) to be provided by the Global Agent hereunder. Issuer may terminate the appointment of the Global Agent or any part of such agency or any other agent by giving to the Global Agent or that agent at least 30 calendar days' written notice to that effect. Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions The Procurement Plan shall set forth those contracts which shall be subject to the Association’s Prior Review. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.
PROCEDURE TO SELECT, APPOINT AND MANAGE SUB-CONTRACTORS 4.1 The Supplier shall comply with requirements under Clause 25 (Transfer and Sub-Contracting).
