CONTRACTOR AUDIT RIGHTS. Subcontractor agrees to provide access to its plants and facilities and to maintain its books, records, documents, computerized records, projections and other supporting data in accordance with generally acceptable accounting principles and practices which properly reflect all direct and indirect elements of cost of whatever nature whether incurred or anticipated to be incurred for the performance of any work hereunder or anticipated work hereunder for same or similar Supplies; and such shall be made available for inspection, audit, reproduction and retention by any authorized representative of Contractor or, if appli- cable, at Contractor's option, the Government Department or Agency having jurisdiction.

CONTRACTOR AUDIT RIGHTS. To the extent QP or any of its Affiliates provides services for the Petroleum Operations, the CONTRACTOR shall have the right at all times lo inspect and audit the records, books and accounts regarding the provision of such services prepared by or in the possession of QP or its Affiliates at the place where such records, books and accounts are normally kept. Upon receipt of at least thirty (30) days notice of an audit, QP shall make available or procure that its Affiliates make available to the CONTRACTOR and its representatives all such records, books and accounts relevant to the audit. The CONTRACTOR shall endeavour to minimise the duplication of audits.

  • Contractor Records The Contractor shall make, keep, maintain, and, upon request, provide to the UCRC or its agents or designees a complete file of all materials or records required in Exhibit A, Verification Plan. This provision survives termination of this SCIA until completion of the Pilot Program.

  • Payroll Records Contractors and Subcontractors must keep original payrolls or transcripts subscribed and affirmed as true under the penalties of perjury as required by law. For public works contracts over $25,000 where the Contractor maintains no regular place of business in New York State, such records must be kept at the work site. For building services contracts, such records must be kept at the work site while work is being performed.

  • Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurement of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the Local Government for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurement of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier will be notified by the Local Government of the Local Government’s obligations under this Agreement and the Acts and Regulations relative to Nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.

  • PAYMENT OF SUBCONTRACTORS Contractor shall pay any of its subcontractors not later than seven (7) days after receipt of any progress payment, unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the respective amounts allowed Contractor on account of the work performed by subcontractor(s), to the extent of each subcontractor’s interest therein, except as otherwise provided in Business and Professions Code Section 7108.5.

  • Contractor’s Books and Records Contractor shall maintain any and all ledgers, books of account, invoices, vouchers, canceled checks, and other records or documents evidencing or relating to charges for services or expenditures and disbursements charged to the County for a minimum of five (5) years, or for any longer period required by law, from the date of final payment to the Contractor under this Contract. Any records or documents required to be maintained shall be made available for inspection, audit and/or copying at any time during regular business hours, upon oral or written request of the County.

  • Access to Records; Contractor Financial Records Contractor agrees that District and its authorized representatives are entitled to review all Contractor books, documents, papers, plans, and records, electronic or otherwise (“Records”), directly pertinent to this Contract for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts, and transcripts.

  • Engineer Payment of Subproviders No later than ten (10) days after receiving payment from the State, the Engineer shall pay all subproviders for work performed under a subcontract authorized hereunder. The State may withhold all payments that have or may become due if the Engineer fails to comply with the ten-day payment requirement. The State may also suspend the work under this contract or any work authorization until subproviders are paid. This requirement also applies to all lower tier subproviders, and this provision must be incorporated into all subcontracts.

  • Procurement of Small Works Works estimated to cost $250,000 equivalent or less per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $800,000 equivalent, may be procured under lump-sum, fixed-price contracts awarded on the basis of quotations obtained from three (3) qualified domestic contractors in response to a written invitation. The invitation shall include a detailed description of the works, including basic specifications, the required completion date, a basic form of agreement acceptable to the Bank, and relevant drawings, where applicable. The award shall be made to the contractor who offers the lowest price quotation for the required work, and who has the experience and resources to complete the contract successfully. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract. a. The contractor shall notify all potential subcontractors and suppliers and lessors of their EEO obligations under this contract. b. The contractor will use good faith efforts to ensure subcontractor compliance with their EEO obligations.
