Common use of Contractor Certifications Clause in Contracts

Contractor Certifications. A. The Contractor certifies that: 1) The Contractor and all its subcontractors and agents used in conjunction with the performance of this Agreement are and shall remain authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth of Virginia as either a domestic or foreign business entity. 2) Neither the Contractor nor any of its subcontractors or agents used in conjunction with the performance of this Agreement has been debarred from contracting for goods or services by the Commonwealth of Virginia or any Virginia public body. B. The City may void this Agreement if the Contractor fails to comply with the requirements of this Section.
