Unless contrary to federal law, Contractor shall certify that it shall not accept a bid to perform Work from Subcontractors as described in ORS 701.005 unless such Subcontractors are registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board in accordance with ORS Sections 701.021 to 701.068 at the time they submit bids. Unless contrary to federal law, Contractor shall certify that each landscape contractor, as defined in ORS 671.520(2), performing Work holds a valid landscape contractor’s license issued pursuant to ORS 671.560.
