Contractor Certifications. 33.1 By signing this contract, the Contractor certifies under the penalties of perjury that pursuant to General Laws c62C §49A, the Contractor has filed all state tax returns, paid all taxes and complied with all laws of the Commonwealth relating to taxes; and that pursuant to General Laws c151A, §19A, the Contractor has complied with all laws of the Commonwealth relating to contributions and payments in lieu of contributions. 33.2 By signing this contract, the Contractor certifies under the penalties of perjury that this contract has been obtained in good faith and without collusion or fraud with any other person. As such in this certification, the word “person” shall mean any natural person, business, partnership, corporation, union, committee, client or other organization, entity or group of individuals.
