CONTRACTOR COOPERATION AND DEPARTMENTAL GUIDANCE. A. Cooperation with the Department and Other Governmental Entities The Contractor must ensure that Contractor’s personnel cooperate with the Department or other state or federal administrative agency personnel at no cost to the Department for purposes relating to the delivery and administration of the Contracted for services including but not limited to the following purposes: 1. The investigation and prosecution of fraud, abuse, and waste; 2. Audit, inspection, or other investigative purposes; and 3. Testimony in judicial or quasi-judicial proceedings or other delivery of information to HHSC or other agencies investigators or legal staff.
