Common use of CONTRACTOR CREDITS Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTOR CREDITS. To the extent the Contractor gives credits toward future purchases from its financial incentives, discounts, value points or other benefits based on the purchase of the goods, equipment, supplies or services provided for under this Contract, such credits belong to the County and not any specific Using Agency. Contractor shall report any such credits to the Chief Procurement Officer.
