Common use of Contractor Delegation Clause in Contracts

Contractor Delegation. The County executes this Contract with the Contractor as a qualified party to accomplish the Project. The Contractor’s delegation of any Contract duties shall require the prior written consent of the County. Any delegation of duties shall not relieve the Contractor of any liability and/or obligation to perform.
