CONTRACTOR does not collect and Dispose of Solid Waste for a Period of 48 Hours to Collect. For 48 consecutive hours CONTRACTOR does not Collect and Dispose of any type of Solid Waste for any reason, including Uncontrollable Circumstances, and • Director determines there is danger to public health, safety, or welfare.
